All photographs on this site have been taken with professional digital cameras or are scanned from photographic film using high resolution Nikon 5000 ED scanner. Images are available for home, bussines and media uses.
Prints are available using inkjet printers on professional acid free photographic paper. Please see Photographic sale & prices for information on print sizes and prices. Photographs displayed on this site have been marked for copyright protection and have been bordered in white. They have also been compressed for ease of viewing on the web (some image quality lost). Ordered prints will not be marked nor bordered and will be uncompressed for superb quality.
Mounted Prints are open edition, signed and cellophane wrapped. Mount colour will be white in colour, other colours are available upon request, please if you require different colour mount. Ready made mounted prints are ideal to fit in frames that you can buy from local shopping outlets. All mounts are made using professional long life acid free photographic materials. Prints will be made using the vey latest in printer technology.
We accept payment via Paypal and your payment is required immediately to confirm the order. We only ship to the addreses provided by Paypal so please make sure you have the correct postafe address at time of checkout.We offer a 21 day return period if not completely satisfied and will refund if all items are returned to us within this period.Deliveries are made using Royal mail. Uk customers should expect to receive their order within 5-7 days. International shipping will be longer.

We supply to worldwide addresses. All prices are displayed in English Pound Sterling(GBP). Additional postage charges are clearly displayed before an order is placed. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website; danielpomfret.com reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. You will of course be notified, at which point you will be informed of the correct price, and be given the choice to proceed with the order.

No liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality shall be accepted unless danielpomfret.com is notified in writing by the purchaser within seven days of delivery and then there will be money back guarantee if not fully satisfied.
iPhotostock.co.uk will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised by Daniel Pomfret, and the goods are received in stock condition with original packaging.

You may only use the image/s for those advertising, promotional and other specified purposes which are permitted uses like copies for your own, non-commercial, personal or educational purposes, provided that the materials are not modified and that copyright and other intellectual property notices are not deleted.
You may not use the image/s in products for resale, license or other distribution, unless the proposed use is allowable under a Written Agreement, which you should be obtained from the photographer Daniel Pomfret.
