All photographs on this site have been taken with 16MP, 14MP, & 10MP digital SLR cameras or are scanned from photographic film using high resolution Nikon scanners. Images are available as Jpeg, Tiff and/or Raw files for web sites, home and media uses. Low Resolution formats are up to 1MB in Size and are emailed straight to you. High Resolution format images are from 1MB and up to 10MB in size and are also emailed straight to you. Very High Resolution images and Raw formats 10-200MB (600MB max per CD) are copied to CD and are posted to you for down loading at you pleasure.

Prints are also available using inkjet printers on high quality photographic paper. Please see Photographic sale & prices for information on print sizes and prices. Photographs displayed on this site have been marked for copyright protection and have been bordered in white. They have also been compressed for ease of viewing on the web (some image quality lost). Ordered prints will not be marked nor bordered and will be uncompressed for superb quality.

All my photos are 100% royalty-free. Paying a one-time fee, you may use them as frequently and creatively as you like. Please note that any commercial use of my images would need photographer acknowledgement. You may not use the images in products for resale, license or other distribution, unless the proposed use is allowable under a Written Agreement or contract which should be obtained from the photographer Daniel Pomfret.

We supply to worldwide addresses. All prices are displayed in English pound sterling. Additional postage charges are clearly displayed before an order is placed. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, iphotostock.co.uk reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. You will of course be notified, at which point you will be informed of the correct price, and be given the choice to proceed with the order.

iphotostock.co.uk will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery. Orders will be dispatched by email, Parcel Force or Royal Mail. No liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality shall be accepted unless iphotostock.co.uk is notified in writing by the purchaser within seven days of delivery and then there will be money back guarantee if not fully satisfied.

iphotostock.co.uk will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised by Daniel Pomfret, and the goods are received in stock condition with original packaging.

The purchaser is responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered for any particular use and for the consequences arising from modification of the goods. Descriptions are given in good faith by the photographer.

Permitted Standard License Uses:

You may only use the image/s for those advertising, promotional and other specified purposes which are permitted uses like copies for your own, non-commercial, personal or educational purposes, provided that the materials are not modified and that copyright and other intellectual property notices are not deleted.

You may not use the image/s in products for resale, license or other distribution, unless the proposed use is allowable under a Written Agreement, which you should be obtained from the photographer Daniel Pomfret. Any use of the Content that is not a Permitted in the agreement and used, shall constitute infringement of copyright.

All materials on this Web site are the property of iphotostock.co.uk and its licensors and may be protected by intellectual property laws including laws relating to copyrights, trade-marks, trade-names, internet domain names, and other similar rights. Other use of these Materials without Daniel Pomfret’s written permission is prohibited.

Standard License Prohibitions:

You may not do anything with the image/s that is not expressly permitted in the preceding section or permitted by a Written Agreement obtained by the photographer Daniel Pomfret, the following are “Prohibited Uses” and you may not:

Use the Content in design template applications intended for resale, whether on-line or not, including, without limitation, website templates, Flash templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, and brochure design templates.

Use or display the Content on websites or other venues designed to induce or involving the sale, license or other distribution of “on demand” products, including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items including custom designed websites.

Use the Content in any posters (printed on paper, canvas or any other media) or other items for resale, license or other distribution for profit. Use any of the Content as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo.

Incorporate the Content in any product that results in a re-distribution or re-use of the Content (such as electronic greeting card web sites, web templates and the like) or is otherwise made available in a manner such that a person can extract or access or reproduce the Content as an electronic file.

Remove any notice of copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary right from any place where it is on or embedded in the Content.

Sub-license, re-sell/s, assign/s, rent/s, lend/s, or otherwise transfer or distribute the Content or the rights granted under this Agreement.

Use the Content for editorial purposes without including the following credit adjacent to the Content:iphotostock.co.uk with the Photographers Name, reproduce the Content, or an element of the Content, in excess of 1000 times without obtaining an Written Agreement, in which event you shall be required to pay an additional royalty fee equal to £0.01 for each reproduction which is in excess of 1000 reproductions.
